Cancellation Policy

b.LUXE Hair + Makeup Studio requires a 48 hour cancellation notice for all booked appointments.


We ask you to remember that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice, our staff misses out on their opportunity to fill those time slots, and our standby clients miss their chance to book services. An appointment is not an empty block of time. It’s the foundation for our stylist’s livelihood and key to our client satisfaction. 


We realize it’s easy to forget an appointment. For this reason, multiple text and email reminders are sent and all of appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation fees will apply for missed appointments. 


1. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price.


2. “No shows” or extremely late arrivals will also be charged 100% of the reserved service price.


3. Multiple service appointments that are not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment times will be charged 100% of their reserved service prices. 


4. Monday appointments must be cancelled no later than 12:00 PM on the previous Saturday to be considered cancelled within our policy guidelines. We do not accept emails, texts, DM’s or voicemails as a valid cancellation after 12:00 PM on the Saturday before your Monday appointment. All cancellations must be confirmed with our front desk staff to be considered cancelled.

5. Tuesday appointments must also be cancelled no later than 3:30 PM on the previous Saturday before your appointment to be considered cancelled within our policy guidelines. We will not accept emails, texts, DM’s or voicemails as a valid cancellation after 3:30 PM on the previous Saturday. All cancellations must be confirmed with the front desk staff to be considered cancelled.

6. By reserving an appointment in our schedule, and entering your credit card details, you agree to the terms of this policy. Appointment confirmations are sent when you book your appointment, 48 hours prior and the day of. Appointments are considered confirmed once we send your 48 hour confirmation reminder. It is the responsibility of the client to keep their contact information up to date. Confirmation emails will be sent to the most current information we have on file.


The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
